Refund policy.
Generation payments are refundable when the provider cannot produce a usable commercial within the controlled retry limit. Takeover payments are refunded when a paid checkout is stale, loses the atomic commit, or cannot be fulfilled.
Refunds are issued through the original payment provider and payment method. Contact support with the order reference if a refund needs manual review.
